Benchmark Organizations

The articles below discuss real-world cases of departments (or areas) directly involved with projects that positively assisted their organizations when they made a conscious decision to embark on a journey to advance to a level of excellence in some aspect of their business and/or products and/or services and/or management. In this journey, project management was a fundamental piece, and among the elements that played a prominent role were PMOs, Project Managers, and Sponsors. These departments were challenged to evolve simultaneously with the organization and reached the level of excellence in project management maturity (levels 4 or 5).
